Innovistors is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Associate with at least 2 years of experience in designing compensation and benefits programs.

The ideal candidate will manage salary benchmarking, handle the appraisal cycle, and have knowledge of labor legislation. Proficiency in HRIS, payroll tools, and strong analytical skills in Excel are preferred.

Responsibilities include the mid-year appraisal launch on Success Factor and managing annual manpower budgeting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,00 per year

Benefits: Provident Fund, day shift, in-person work location.
