Job Description
Associated Industrial Furnaces Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and client-friendly Operations Associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience. This role involves managing client-facing services and supporting our equity analysts with data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary client contact with professional communication.
- Manage client onboarding and servicing requests.
- Support data collection and reporting for equity analysts.
- Implement operational process improvements.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in operations or client servicing.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
