Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Collection Agent to manage customer payment collections while ensuring positive client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills and a professional approach to resolving payment issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers about outstanding payments.
- Maintain positive client relationships.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of debt recovery experience.
