Job Description
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive technical support to customers via voice communication, addressing software, hardware, and network issues. Troubleshoot complex technical problems efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with HR, Assessment, and Operations teams for seamless onboarding and performance excellence.
Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of international technical support experience, proficiency in US Shift timings, excellent communication skills in English, and ability to work from our office.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹32,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund | Schedule: Night and Rotational shifts
Experience Required: 1 year in an international voice process.
