Job Description
Great Learning is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs, design and develop instructional materials, and ensure alignment with learning objectives.
Your responsibilities will include editing instructional content for clarity, managing multiple projects, staying updated on instructional design trends, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
We require a Bachelor’s degree, with a focus on Instructional Design or Education preferred. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a related role, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
