Job Description
Excellent Care Ltd is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and a passion for engaging with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Follow up for feedback and support.
- Meet call targets assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1 year of marketing experience.
- Basic computer skills.
Salary: ₹30,00.00 per month. Schedule: Monday to Friday (UK shift).
