Job Description
Analytix Fintech International Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and analytical Customer Engagement Specialist to manage and assess incoming leads. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate to ensure lead authenticity, engage with potential candidates via chat, evaluate their genuineness, and support business development through necessary meetings.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with leads, identify business opportunities, schedule meetings, maintain accurate records, and collaborate on growth initiatives.
Requirements: MBA or equivalent, strong communication skills, lead assessment capability, experience in lead generation is preferred, and proficiency in chat and CRM tools. Freshers and candidates with a CRE background are welcome.
Location: Kochi, Kerala. Full-time, permanent position. Immediate joiners preferred.
