Job Description
We are looking for a motivated CS Trainee to join our team at NGO PARTNERS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting resolutions, minutes of board meetings, general meetings, and notices, along with other standard company secretarial documents. You will also draft agreements for takeovers, franchisee arrangements, and business restructuring.
Your key duties will include the preparation and filing of annual filing documents, managing secretarial tasks such as issuing shares, increasing authorized capital, and handling share transfers. This role requires in-person attendance during the day shift.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹8,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
