Job Description
Guiditechnology is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant (Secretary) to support our Managing Director. We prefer female candidates with 5 to 15 years of experience, aged up to 35 years.
Responsibilities include managing meetings, preparing correspondence, handling calls, assisting with reports, and maintaining office inventories. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are required.
