Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Country Call Center Operator fluent in English, Hindi, and preferably Punjabi or Gujarati. The role is based in Gurgaon and requires at least 2 years of experience in telesales, with a minimum of 1 year in outbound calling.
Your primary responsibilities will include making daily calls to fresh leads and following up with clients to encourage clinic visits.
You will also maintain accurate client information and coordinate with our clinical team to meet targets. Strong persuasive speaking skills, patience, and a customer-oriented approach are essential.
