Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Recruiter to join our team at Humaniquee. The ideal candidate will manage employee relations, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include hiring candidates, onboarding and orientation, performance appraisals, and developing compensation and benefits packages. Additionally, you will conduct employee counseling and organize training and development programs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,031.33 – ₹28,00.00 per month
Benefits: Provident Fund, Performance bonuses.
Experience: 1 year in recruiting (Preferred).
Work Location: In person
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
