Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for handling IT, non-IT, and Engineering requirements for clients based in the USA. Your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various industries.
You will be sourcing resumes from job boards such as Dice, CareerBuilder, and Monster, in addition to networking sites. Your duties will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for open positions.
Shift Time: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift).

Requirements
