Job Description
We are Nest Matrimony, seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. Work hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹12,00.00/month. Benefits: cell phone reimbursement, commission pay, performance bonuses. Preferred: Higher Secondary education and customer service experience. Fluency in Hindi and English is desirable.
