Job Description
Airtec Electrovision Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated CRM Executive to enhance our customer relations. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products to increase sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹22,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Location: New Delhi, Delhi (Reliable commuting or planning to relocate is required)
Experience: 3 years total work experience preferred.
