Job Description
We are seeking an experienced D365 CE Technical Consultant to join sonataOne as a CRM Architect. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including CRM, Sales, and CE Service.
Key responsibilities include designing and customizing D365 CE solutions, implementing CRM modules, and managing DevOps processes. You will lead and mentor a technical team while ensuring high system performance and availability.
Required skills include expertise in Power Platform, programming in C#, .NET, and JavaScript, along with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Preferred qualifications include Microsoft certifications and experience with AI-driven analytics.
