Job Description
G2 Technology Solutions India Pvt Ltd, located in Coimbatore, is seeking a passionate Jr. IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing potential candidates through various channels.
- Screening resumes and applications.
- Conducting initial interviews via phone or video.
- Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Drafting job descriptions and posting openings.
- Building a pipeline of candidates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,086.00 – ₹39,697.50 per month

Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
