Job Description
Blue Cold Refrigeration is seeking an experienced and self-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our India expansion team. You will foster strong relationships with our sales team and customers, manage existing accounts, and develop new customer relationships. Your goal is to prospect, qualify, and close deals in our fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage in prospecting & lead generation activities
- Support team members with refrigeration solutions
- Communicate market needs to product & technical teams
- Manage projects to enhance customer experience
- Coach and mentor new account executives
Requirements
- B.Sc or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical
- Multilingual: English, Hindi & local language preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced computer skills – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Able to thrive in an ambiguous environment
