Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated CEC Authorization Officer at Kotak Mahindra. As a successful candidate, you will possess complete knowledge of the RL process, with at least basic understanding of CC and RA skills. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring timely authorization of requests, error-free financial processing, conducting call audits, and suggesting process improvements.
Qualifications include a minimum of 1.8 years of customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays. You should be a team player, self-motivated, and able to establish rapport quickly with peers and customers.
