Job Description
Wzatco Projectors is seeking a tech-savvy and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage customer inquiries and technical issues. You will assist customers through various channels including email, chat, phone, and video calls, ensuring they have a positive experience while setting up and troubleshooting projectors.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries through various platforms.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Ensure timely resolution and follow up on issues.
Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential.
Pay: ₹18,00 – ₹25,00 per month
