Job Description
Aromaaz International Pvt Ltd, located in Sahibabad Site – 4, is looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling exhibitions and executive support. This full-time position offers a salary range of ₹30,00 to ₹35,00 per month.
The successful candidate will manage executives’ calendars, coordinate exhibitions, handle logistics, and ensure smooth event execution. Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to travel as needed.
Preferred qualifications include experience in B2B sales and familiarity with the essential oils or cosmetics industry.
