Job Description
Trackster IT Solutions OPC Pvt. Ltd. (www.trackster.in) is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive based in Mangaon, Indapur City, Raigad District, Maharashtra. This full-time, permanent position offers a monthly salary of ₹10,00.00 – ₹18,00.00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer complaints via phone
- Raising service tickets in the ERP system
- Coordinating service visits
- Maintaining service inventory
- Managing SIM cards and tracking platforms
A Master’s degree and at least 1 year of customer service experience are preferred.
