Job Description
O3Hire is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused International Voice Process Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing voice-based interactions with clients and customers globally.
Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining professionalism. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in international voice processes and a Bachelor’s degree.
We offer competitive pay ranging from ₹450,00 to ₹800,00 per year, along with health insurance and a provident fund. Flexibility to work in varying shifts, including nights and weekends, is required.
