Job Description
Join Growinity Solutions LLP as a Customer Service Associate. This role involves handling inbound inquiries regarding travel bookings, including flights and hotels, through various communication channels such as voice, chat, and email. Uphold Agoda’s service standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Minimum HSC or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Salary: Freshers can expect ₹21,00 CTC (₹17,00 in hand), while experienced candidates can earn up to ₹24,00 CTC (₹21,00 in hand).
Shifts: 5 days a week with 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts. Transport facilities are provided.
