Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience: 4+ years in property development as a Quantity Surveyor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Read drawings and prepare quantities as per BOQ specifications.
• Verify contractor bills with site teams and reconcile materials.
• Prepare schedules and monitor timelines for project delivery.
