Job Description
Elite Mgt Services is seeking a motivated Service Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service Coordination specific to the Appliances Industry. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication with customers, efficient resource allocation, and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer air conditioning complaints.
- Provide updates on service requests.
- Coordinate with engineers and stores for spare parts.
- Ensure timely preventive maintenance and invoicing.
