Job Description
Wipro Limited is seeking a dedicated Contract Executive to manage key tasks in our finance department. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Following up with vendors for service/product confirmation before processing invoices.
- Entering Goods Receipt and Service Sheets for accurate Accounts Payable processing.
- Addressing discrepancies through cancellations or corrections of entries.
- Ensuring timely payment by confirming service/product delivery with business users.
- Tracking aged invoices and generating periodic reports for management.
- Conducting vendor reconciliation activities.
