ADCI HYD 13 SEZ – H84 is seeking a dynamic and multi-tasking Executive Assistant to support two Directors within the Amazon Global Logistics organization. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of senior level leadership support or 1+ years of Amazon experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Your role will involve managing multiple complex calendars, planning events, and coordinating domestic and international travel while handling confidential information. You will enhance team dynamics and build relationships across the organization. Key responsibilities include scheduling, tracking key deliverables, and managing team activities.
