Job Description
We are hiring a Restaurant Captain for our restaurant unit located in Edappal, Malappuram. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years experience in the similar field.
Salary: ₹18,00 – ₹24,00 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
The Captain will be responsible for:
- Managing waitstaff
- Participating in hiring and training waitstaff
- Greeting and seating guests
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Monitoring food quality and ensuring safety
- Handling customer complaints
- Maintaining inventory
