Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join our nursing team at Deccan Hardikar Hospital, where we strive to provide excellent health care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate health care records and reports.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects.
- Prescribe assistive medical devices and treatments.
- Record patient vital signs and medical history.
- Order medical diagnostic tests.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
