- Freight forwarder nomination for export and imports
- Shipment clearance for export and imports
- Document preparation for customs clearance
- Checklist confirmation for export and import
- Document submission to banks
- LC/payment follow-up
- Management reporting
- DGFT related work
- Logistics coordination
