Job Description
MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A. is seeking an experienced Global Account Manager for our Mumbai facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining shipment details for the Indian Subcontinent (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka).
- Coordinating connections from transshipment ports and prioritizing hotload lists.
- Monitoring cargo loading and informing MSC USA/customers of any delays.
- Exploring alternative routing options to minimize delays and maintaining delay reason sheets.
Required qualifications include an MBA or postgraduate degree, strong drafting skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with overseas counterparts.
