Job Description
Crescent Contractors Pvt Ltd. is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Kochi, Kerala. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Windows 10/11 operations.
- Strong organizational, planning, and strategic skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Estimating quantities and preparing quotations.
- Assisting in material procurement.
- Checking contractors’ bills and managing purchase orders.
- Knowledge of Bar Bending Schedule is essential.

Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
