Job Description
L.G. Balakrishnan & Bros Ltd is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to ensure the daily production of stamped components. The successful candidate will maintain an organized workstation and uphold product quality standards during shifts. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing production metrics, managing inventory levels, and implementing corrective and preventive actions while adhering to safety protocols.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
Benefits include food provision, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and a provident fund. Shifts available are day and rotational shifts, with a preference for overnight availability. Overtime pay and yearly bonuses are also offered.
