Job Description
Role and Responsibility Details:
We are seeking a TSX_TechLead with hands-on experience in developing robust, maintainable software using Java Technologies. Candidates should have a strong Core Java skillset and proficiency in J2EE and Web Technologies such as JSP, Struts, Spring MVC, Hibernate, as well as front-end technologies like Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, and React.
The role involves participating in requirements analysis, producing functional and technical specifications, coordinating with onsite stakeholders, and providing technical guidance to the team. Mentoring team members and leading project meetings with customers are also essential responsibilities.
