Job Description
SentientGeeks is seeking a dedicated Vendor Manager (IT Recruitment) to enhance our HR department. The successful candidate will develop a robust tech talent pipeline and effectively manage vendor relationships.
Preferred Industry: IT service or recruitment consultancy
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in vendor hiring and staff augmentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Sourses and screen candidates from vendors and LinkedIn
- Maintain timely communication between vendors and the internal team
- Arrange interviews and manage vendor relations
