Job Description
Exa Mobility India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Field Recruiter to hire Delivery Executives for Zepto, Big Basket, and more. As a Field Recruiter, you will engage in recruiting talented individuals through field recruitment and referral networks.
Your responsibilities include ensuring the retention of hired manpower, compliance with company SOPs, preparing daily reports, and coordinating onboarding processes. You’ll monitor attendance, order fulfillment, and ensure proper handling of COD money by Delivery Executives.
This is a full-time, permanent position, with a salary ranging from ₹18,00.00 to ₹30,00.00 per month, plus benefits such as leave encashment and performance bonuses.
