Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Associate with over 6 months of experience to join our boutique firm specializing in distressed assets, located in Vashi, Mumbai. Candidates with a CS/Semi CS background are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and filing applications under IBC and SARFAESI.
- Representing clients before DRT, CMM, DM, NCLT/NCLAT.
- Managing CIRP and Liquidation processes.
