Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Boy with a technical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in office management. The ideal candidate should thrive in a team environment and be responsive to management requests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee orders and monitor project schedules.
- Support the team with data entry and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies and manage budgets.
- Pitch services to potential clients.
- Arrange meetings with clients.
- Increase sales and follow up with clients.
- Communicate with clients for inquiries.
Skills: Competitive, focused, team player, excellent verbal communication, and possess an MCWG license (LMV license is a plus).
