Job Description
Aspire Structural Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience for the position of Structural Draftsman. Applicants must possess an ITI Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering, with proven expertise in RCC and Steel Structural Detailing.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and coordination skills, working closely with clients and consultants to secure approvals for designs and structural calculations.
This role is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. We offer supplemental pay options including overtime and performance bonuses.
Preferred candidates should have at least 2 years of total work experience.
