Job Description

The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-site interior work activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. The role involves managing labor teams, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining smooth communication between clients, designers, and the project management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure work progress according to the project plan and schedule.
• Coordinate between design teams, contractors, and suppliers for smooth execution.
• Check measurements, drawings, and material requirements before execution.
• Ensure quality control of all interior finishing work (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, false ceiling, etc.).
• Monitor and manage site labor, ensuring productivity and discipline.
• Track material usage and inventory, and report shortages or damages.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and share updates with the project manager.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness at the site at all times.
• Handle on-site issues and provide quick, practical solutions.
• Conduct final quality checks and assist during project handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior site supervision.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and drawings.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams under pressure.
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic site documentation.
