Role Overview:
GFIVE GARIMA is looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Salesman / Sales Executive to handle wholesale customer sales through video calls, WhatsApp, in-store interactions, and exhibitions (expos). The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in customer dealing within retail or wholesale.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Sales & Relationship Management
- Deal with wholesale customers through video calls for product showcasing and order booking
- Provide prompt and professional customer service on WhatsApp, including sharing designs, prices, and order details
- Handle walk-in customers at the showroom with confidence and product knowledge
- Attend and manage sales at exhibitions and trade expos as and when required
Order Processing & Coordination
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable collections
- Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team for smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain basic customer and order records
Sales Growth & Targets
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Build long-term relationships with buyers to encourage repeat orders
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in customer dealing (retail or wholesale – compulsory)
- Experience in women’s ethnic wear / garments preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with video calling, WhatsApp, and smartphone-based selling
- Ability to handle customers professionally in-person and online
- Kolkata-based candidates only
Salary & Incentives:
