Role Objective
The Lead Success Executive is the first point of contact for patients. The role focuses on handling inquiries, converting leads into confirmed appointments, ensuring follow-ups, and delivering a smooth patient experience aligned with premium dental care standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling & Communication
- Handle inbound leads from website, Google, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals
- Make outbound calls to past patients, follow-ups, and warm leads
- Address patient queries related to treatments and doctor availability
Appointment Booking & Conversion
- Explain dental services clearly and ethically
- Qualify patient requirements and urgency
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments
- Reduce no-shows through reminder calls and WhatsApp confirmations
CRM & Documentation
- Update CRM with call status, patient concerns, appointments, and follow-ups
- Ensure complete CRM hygiene before shift closure
Follow-ups & Retention
- Follow up on missed calls, postponed treatments, and no-shows
- Reconnect with past patients for reviews and future visits
- Coordinate with the front desk and doctors
Patient Experience
- Communicate with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality and data privacy
- Represent the clinic as a premium, ethical dental brand
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or healthcare calling
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and calling tools
- Calm and ethical objection-handling skills
Preferred
- Experience in dental clinics, hospitals, aesthetics, or healthcare
- Female candidates preferred
