Job Description

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving property sales, managing high-value clients, closing deals, and mentoring junior sales team members. The role demands strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and convert leads for residential and/or commercial properties
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close sales deals efficiently
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and developers
• Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Guide and support junior sales executives when required
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for documentation and closures
• Stay updated on Kolkata real estate market trends, pricing, and competition
