Role Description

• As a Telecaller, your main responsibility is to handle patient inquiries and provide assistance over the phone.
• You will be responsible for checking the data of positive and local patients and making calls accordingly.
• Your goal is to maximize patient visit count to improve performance.
• It is important to take feedback in a positive manner and use it to enhance your performance.
• You will be required to maintain all your performance records in an Excel sheet.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English.
• Good telephone etiquette, active listening skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred. Even graduate freshers can apply for this position.
• Basic computer skills are required.
