Job Description

• Manage buyer coordination and maintain regular communication through email and calls.
• Handle product development and sampling processes as per buyer requirements.
• Prepare and manage costing sheets, price negotiations, and order confirmation.
• Oversee order management, including timelines, approvals, and updates.
• Follow up with the production team to ensure smooth production planning and execution.
• Ensure product quality standards, compliance requirements, and buyer specifications are met.
• Coordinate with the QA team for quality checks and inspections.
• Manage shipment planning, documentation, and dispatch coordination.
• Maintain records of orders, sampling status, production progress, and shipment details.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of bag materials, trims, printing techniques, and bag construction.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) for buyer handling.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, costing sheets, and reporting formats.
• Strong email drafting and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
