Job Description

The Front office assistant will manage customer inquiries ensuring every customer receives accurate information and a delightful experience. You will act as a key representative of the company, maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions
• Resolve complaints with patience, empathy, and accountability
• Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–1 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
