Job Description

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Executive to manage daily store operations in a manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory control, stock management, and maintaining material records efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage inward and outward material movement.
• Maintain accurate stock records and reports.
• Coordinate with the production and purchase departments for material requirements.
• Perform daily physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entry and issue slips.
• Manage consumables, raw materials, and finished goods inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage in the store area.
• Handle vendor material return.
• Prepare and maintain store reports and MIS data.

Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing industry store department.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software.
• Familiar with GRN, issue slips, and stock reconciliation processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle store operations independently.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.

Shift & Working Hours:

• Day Shift (12 Hours Duty)
• Weekly Off: As per company policy

Salary:

• 20,00 to 25,00.
