Position – Badminton Coach

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for conducting Badminton Coaching Programs
• Coach children and adults in a structured manner as per the curriculum
• Conduct classes for beginners and advanced batches
• Guide children for participating in tournaments
• Conduct physical and skills assessment tests for participants
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure proper communication

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Should have played the sport at a good level for atleast 5 years
• Must have coaching experience of atleast 2 years
• Coaching Certifications will be an added advantage
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in working on computers and MS Excel will be an added advantage
