A Non-Voice Process Executive is responsible for handling tasks that do not require speaking with customers. The role mainly involves working through emails, chats, forms, or internal systems to support business operations.

• Respond to customer queries through email or chat
• Perform data entry, data verification, and data processing
• Update and maintain accurate records in company databases
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness
