Join Johnson Controls as a Document Controller, where you will play a vital role in managing documentation for our industrial clients. Your key responsibilities include acting as the Documentation Coordinator and Expeditor, finalizing vendor document indexes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage submission dates effectively.
You’ll prepare, review, and submit documentation while ensuring compliance with customer feedback. Close coordination with operations and sales teams is essential to track material approvals and facilitate timely dispatch. Additionally, you will work with customers to address any documentation variations or corrective actions required.
